How to Book Out Your Services
It all started at a Tony Robbins’ event this year when he announced to the crowd that the secret to business is “knowing your clients better than they know themselves”.

I’ve been saying this for years — teaching it in pretty much every single blog post I’ve ever written, every video I’ve ever filmed. The Rainbow of Sales is based on this principle. You may know by now that I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend all service providers create signature services. Here are just a few blogs where I’ve taught about it:

Pick the niche that you want to help right now. Oftentimes you have to start with specific work and then branch out into more and more abstract work. Start with the technical “done for you” and branch out into “coaching” or “consulting”.
People pay more for a signature system for 3 reasons: (1) it gives you credibility (2) It’s results oriented (3) It’s not competing with anyone else.
So many people – even successful entrepreneurs – try to use the “hope and pray” method for launching new offers based on their gut feeling or initial research. That’s not enough. What you need to do is TEST your new service idea before you throw it out there.
You can put your new services on your website whenever you’re ready, but at some point I also recommend doing a big promotion in order to get your first slew of clients.
This is what separates the amateurs from the pros. Pros realize that systems give leverage. Systems allow you to stop doing busywork and give more space for you to do the real work with your clients.
Do you know where your next client is coming from? You can never know with 100% certainty, but you should have systems in place for booking.
