As a child, no one ever suspected Denise had ADHD because she always had her nose in a book, performed excellently in school, and behaved well. But looking back, there were definitely signs.

Since Denise has been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, she has developed practices that help her stay organized, focus on her strengths, and not get bored. Denise also shares how she maintains her focus in her business and her busy personal life.
