In October 2022, I had just returned to work full force after maternity leave.
My main offer at the time was Yay for 100K, a $10,000 coaching program for established service providers. But as I reconnected with my audience, I kept hearing the same thing:
“I just need to book a few clients first, and then I’ll enroll.”
I knew that my go-to strategies for getting clients weren’t working as well anymore. I needed to think outside of the box.
This feedback gave me an idea:
What if I created a smaller offer to help service providers consistently book clients before graduating to my high-ticket program?
Before I created anything, though, I needed to test my theory—and that’s how the 100 free coaching calls came to life.
Fast forward to today, and this experiment directly inspired the strategy I’ll be teaching in the Free Mini Service Challenge.

I thought offering free calls would be easy.
I sent an email that said, “Hey, want a free consult? Let’s talk about booking clients or launching your course.”
No one booked. Not a single person.
Looking back, it’s no surprise.
My offer wasn’t clear, there was no hook, and I hadn’t positioned the calls as valuable. It was humbling—but also a huge learning moment.
I was essentially offering “pick my brain” calls (<– these don’t work!)
I was being lazy.
I needed to take my own medicine!
IMPORTANT LESSON: When I rebranded the calls as 100K Roadmap Calls (designed to help service providers map out their path to six figures), everything changed.
